These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and sora86 (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the sora86 platform and all Services provided therein. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise engaging with the platform, you expressly agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in your jurisdiction.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting our customer support team. Continued use of sora86 Services after any modification to these terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated provisions.
These terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of conflict between these Terms & Conditions and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that particular game only.
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use sora86 Services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
sora86 primarily serves players residing in Indonesia. You represent and warrant that you are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted, and that you are not accessing the platform from a restricted territory. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations governing online gambling.
To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must register using your own personal details—registering on behalf of another person or providing false information is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate account termination.
Each Player is permitted only one account on the sora86 platform. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") to abuse bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or engage in fraudulent activity is prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances. If you forget your account credentials, contact customer support—do not create a new account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your login information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify sora86 customer support immediately.
sora86 employs industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security, and you use the platform at your own risk. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access if you failed to maintain reasonable security precautions.
sora86 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank processing times may occasionally cause delays during non-business hours or holidays.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (where the payment source name does not match the registered account name) are prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance and will be refunded minus processing fees. You may not deposit funds obtained through illegal means, and we reserve the right to investigate the source of large or suspicious deposits.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Indonesian National ID (KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a selfie holding your ID. Withdrawals requested before KYC completion will be held pending verification.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: typically 15 minutes to 2 hours for bank transfers during WIB business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00), and 1-4 hours for e-wallets. Requests submitted outside business hours are processed on the next business day. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100,000; maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your account status and verification level.
sora86 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing times. However, if you request expedited processing or use payment methods with inherent transaction costs, such fees will be disclosed prior to transaction approval. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
To prevent money laundering, all deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. For example, if you deposit Rp 500,000 without claiming a bonus, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 500,000 before requesting withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms (see Section 5).
sora86 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each promotion. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all stated requirements including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires total bets of Rp 30,000,000 before withdrawal. Different games contribute differently toward wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino contributes 10%, table games contribute 20%, and sports bets contribute 100%.
While bonus funds are active, maximum bet limits apply—typically Rp 50,000 per spin, hand, or bet. Exceeding the maximum bet voids all winnings derived from bonus funds. Bonuses are personal and non-transferable; you may not claim bonuses intended for new players if you already have an existing account, and you may not transfer bonuses to other accounts.
If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Only your original deposited funds (if any remain) will be available for withdrawal. Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period—typically 30 days from activation—or they expire along with any associated winnings.
sora86 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we detect abuse, fraud, or violation of bonus terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee profit, using automated betting software, and exploiting technical errors. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have accounts closed and funds forfeited.
All Players must engage in fair play and sportsmanlike conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds: collusion with other players, use of automated betting software or bots, exploiting software errors or bugs for financial gain, engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity, sharing insider information in sports betting, and manipulating game outcomes through technical means.
sora86 employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns, coordinated play, and other forms of abuse. We reserve the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and close accounts if we determine that terms have been violated. Our decision in such matters is final and binding.
All game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer outcomes, depending on the game type. Game outcomes are final once the round is completed and results are displayed. In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or disconnection during play, the round will be settled according to the game provider's established protocol, and you will be credited or debited accordingly.
If we identify a technical error that resulted in incorrect payouts—for example, a slot machine malfunction that paid 1,000x instead of 10x—we reserve the right to correct the error by adjusting your account balance. You agree that any winnings derived from obvious errors or malfunctions are void and subject to recovery.
For sports betting, all bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, BRI Liga 1 organizing committee). If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided unless the match is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled time. In the event of a venue change, bets stand as long as the home team designation remains unchanged.
We reserve the right to void or limit bets if we suspect that a match outcome is compromised, if there are significant irregularities in betting patterns, or if we receive insider information suggesting match-fixing. Decisions regarding voided bets are made in good faith to protect the integrity of the platform and are final.
sora86 Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
In no event shall sora86, its owners, operators, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.
You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for your gaming decisions, including how much you wager and how frequently you play. We encourage all Players to gamble responsibly and to utilize the responsible gaming tools available on the platform, including deposit limits and self-exclusion options.
sora86 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the platform or other Players. Upon termination, your account will be closed and any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding obligations, unless forfeiture is warranted due to terms violations.
You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining balance (excluding active bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method after processing. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened at our discretion, subject to the same eligibility requirements as new accounts.
If your account remains inactive (no login or gameplay) for 12 consecutive months, we reserve the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will receive email notice before such fees are applied.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and general principles of contract law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of sora86 Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between you and sora86 customer support.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration procedures. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs associated with arbitration.
By using sora86 Services, you acknowledge that you are subject to the laws and regulations of your country of residence regarding online gaming, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
